The Simple8: the SUPER8 introductory race
This mountain bike and electric mountain bike race format is perfect for those who want to try their hand at racing and explore the trails at La Plagne, as well as for those who enjoy going head-to-head on short, intense courses.
The Discovery Format: experience the competition on the SUPER8
The base camp for starts and finishes will be set up at Plagne Centre. Participants will set off on their course and enjoy the same race conditions as the competitors in the main event, with the same start and finish locations.
As a Discovery Competition, the Simple8 is suitable for all levels: accessible and gentle for first-timers, OR short and intense for those going for the win!
A total of 2 loops to be completed in the following order:
🔴 Loop 1 – Champagny en Vanoise sector
A well-known loop from the Double8; set off to explore the heights of Champagny.
🟢 Loop 2 – Montchavin area
A final loop heading towards the paths and forests of Montchavin-les-Coches, passing through Cavard and returning via Les Frasses – make the most of your final moments on the trails of La Plagne before reaching the finish line at Plagne Centre.
