Have the right reflexes

« Control your speed on the slopes... »
« Watch out for other skiers... »
« When stopped, keep to the edge of the piste... »

These are just some of the good habits to adopt if you want to ski safely this winter, so that you can continue to enjoy the mountains.

The Ministry of Sport and the Olympic and Paralympic Games and the National Consumer Institute have produced a series of videos to help you discover and understand the right attitudes to ensure that everyone on the slopes can enjoy themselves in complete safety.

The 10 rules for piste users

On the slopes, everyone's behaviour is crucial if everyone is to enjoy themselves in complete safety.

Courtesy and common sense are the first ingredients that ensure good use of the slopes for all types of winter sports. The 10 rules are simply the embodiment of these fundamental attitudes.

Don't forget to memorise or write down the emergency number so that you can call if necessary from the slopes:
04 79 09 67 60.
