La Plagne is an amazing playground where champions from several different disciplines are flourishing. Find out more about them and follow them online as well as at the big sports events: their talent feeds off your encouragement! In many cases, it all started in La Plagne sports club!
Léo Ducros, the rising star / Alpine skiing, downhill and giant
Léo was in the same group in the Club des Sports as the Chevrier sisters and he shares their passion for skiing and for their resort, of course, as well as a close friendship forged during the training sessions and competitions they have participated in since they were very young. Multi-talented from the start, Léo does have a preference as well as the “ad hoc” build for giant slalom and downhill. After a faultless track record with the Comité de Savoie then with the French team since 2020 as part of the Relève group, Léo joined the Federation in 2021 then the Europa Cup downhill group (group B) for the 2022-23 season.

Louna Ladevant, the spider man / Ice climbing
Just like his brother Tristan, Louna is first and foremost passionate about climbing and a freedom-loving spirit. He shares these values with his brother and their life revolves mainly around their passion for climbing. When he was only 19, Louna already stood out for his intuitive and obsessional climbing talent. He surprises his competitors with his daring choices and originality, never conceding anything to his rivals. In La Plagne, we no longer need to prove that ice is our 5th element.

Margot Boch, talent handed down / 2-woman bob and monobob
Her grandfather was a pusher and French champion along with his teammates in 1959, her dad was a pilot: in the Boch family, bobsleigh is as much a passion as a tradition that is handed down from one generation to the next. An ex-competition gymnast, Margot first tried the luge on La Plagne’s bobsleigh track, where she was quickly spotted thanks to her talent and her physical and mental abilities. As a very determined 20 year old, Margot became the pilot for the French team in 2018. Since then, she has been achieving results in the monobob and 2-woman bob, together with her loyal teammate Carla Sénéchal. Both of them shone in 2022, particularly during the Beijing Olympic Games.

Yoann Stuck, the avid trail runner
Trail running
Yoann was born on 18 January 1983 in a village in the Vaucluse, before moving to Lyon a few years later.
However, it was on the peaks of La Plagne that he discovered his passion for trail running.
Every season, he starts off gently, running in the area he lives in, then he heads for the Alps where he excels on routes with demanding gradients.
He discovered the 6000D some 10 years ago, forging a strong family link with the resort in the summer. Even if he enjoys spending time in La Plagne year round, it was the family-friendly dimension that captivated him once he became a father.
At 40, the motto of his village, "obstacles only increase my passion", resonates with him. This mantra guides him, both on his life path and in his recent victories: the Ecotrail in Paris, the Trail des Pyramides Noires and the Ecotrail in Wicklow, Ireland. He will soon be closing his season with the Translantau in Hong Kong.
