Itinerary to familiarize yourself with conversions and other ski touring techniques.Suitable for occasional touring skiers as well as the most seasoned eager for training.
Near the start of the La Roche chairlift, take the road on the right that goes into the forest. At a crossroads, take the path to the left overlooking the Pra Oudra chalets.
The route then continues to the clearing of Pra Véry. This second part is shared with the route that starts from Montalbert.
We then tackle a slightly more technical climb and after a short passage on a groomed slope, the route continues on the Bief Bovet trail with its magnificent setting.
Leaving the forest, you reach a ski slope (piste des Adrets) that you follow along to your right to the bottom of the Grenouilles ski lift which you follow to the top of the route.
Descent to La Roche by the blue "Adrets" then "Cornegidouille" slopes recommended. Take care on the shared portions with alpine ski slopes – be sure to stay on the sides and be careful when crossing!
