Along the way, you will discover the chalets in the mountain villages of Valezan and La Côte d'Aime as well as the old irrigation canals that were essential to the survival of the crops for the mountain communities.
0/ Set off from Les Pars car park.
1/ Go down to the Chalet du Bresson and take the path to the left that goes into the forest
2/ When you come out of the forest, go left and climb to the chalets at La Lance and Les Fours.
3/ Continue on the GR5 trail until you reach the car park at St Guérin chapel.
4/ Return to the car park via La Gitte.
