When a policeman and his faithful companion from the dog squad are both injured during a mission, a surgical operation that is as senseless as it is miraculous binds them together forever, giving birth to what will henceforth be known as Dog Man. Since then, he's been just as keen to serve his country as he is to pick up what's thrown at him, sit quietly or roll around on the ground.
