Sentier de la Superga
A themed pathway
Built on a small hill, this little chapel can be seen from the valley and well deserves a little visit or a small detour. The plateau located at the foot of the chapel was once upon a time a marsh where mosquitoes swarmed and other animals brought epidemics to the village.
In 1860, the "Longefoyrins" planted the tallest tree of the forest close to the chapel, this can be seen all the way from the Petit St Bernard pass.
Departure point: Take the road from Longefoy towards Notre Dame du Pré and park your car on the lane below the chapel, take the "foot path of patrimony" that leads to the village of Longefoy.
