"Espace Glacialis", the glacier museum opens up for the European Heritage Days.
Espace Glacialis is an interpretation centre dedicated to mountain glaciers.
This theme is approached from all angles: scientific, geological, historical, mythological, environmental, landscape and human.
A wide range of tools are used, including audiovisuals, photographs, maps and models. The Espace Glacialis is designed to be an educational, fun and modern place of discovery. Two films are being shown.
On the occasion of Heritage Days, we are offering a special guided tour: mountaineering, between science and sport. Take an hour to rediscover the close links between glaciology and mountaineering.
