Located at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park, La Plagne is also home to one-quarter of its total area covered by communal forests—3,500 hectares (equivalent to the combined areas of the Bois de Vincennes and Disneyland Paris). 575,000 visitors per year, 56,000 beds, 225 km of trails, dozens upon dozens of hiking routes, and numerous activities in the heart of nature: sophrology, hiking, paragliding, whitewater sports, rock climbing, mountain biking...
