Through its geographic location, La Plagne offers a privileged access to nature. Situated at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park, ¼ of La Plagne’s area is also occupied by communal forests, i.e. 3500 hectares (the equivalent of the total surface of the Bois de Vincenne and Disneyland Paris combined). 575 000 visitors per year, 56 000 beds, 225km of ski runs, dozens and dozens of hiking trails, a wide range of activities in the heart of nature: sophrology, hiking, white water sports, climbing, mountain biking...
